How to order beef for your ship
Send the vessel's requisition by email or through the quote form. Here is what happens next, and what to include so we can quote fast.
Send the request
Email info@beef2ship.com or use the quote form. Requests through your port agent or ShipServ work too.
Get a quote
We quote in kg or lb with IMPA codes, usually within the hour during business hours.
Confirm in writing
The owner, master or an authorized agent confirms the order in writing.
Pick, log and certify
We pick from frozen stock, log the temperature and prepare the FSIS ship-stores certificate for foreign-flag vessels.
Deliver
By reefer truck to the berth with a TWIC-carrying driver, or by launch to ships at anchor.
Sign and invoice
The master or chief cook signs and stamps the receipt with a temperature photo. We invoice the same day.

- Vessel name and IMO numberAnd the owner or manager we invoice.

- Flag and next portsFor the FSIS ship-stores certificate.
- Crew size and nationalitySo we quote the right mix of halal, kosher and standard beef.
- Cuts, ranges and quantitiesIn kg or lb, with IMPA codes if you have them.
- Frozen or chilledFrozen at 0°F (−18°C) is standard for deep-sea vessels.
Fees and terms
Anchorage, night and weekend deliveries carry a delivery fee that we quote up front. Approved accounts get credit terms; new accounts may be asked for a deposit.
