Crew nationality drives both cut choice and quantity, so we ask the agent about the crew before we quote.
How we handle it
- Certified packersWe buy halal beef only from certified halal packers and keep the certificate for every lot.
- Sealed cases onlyHalal cases stay sealed from the packer to the galley. We never open or repack them.
- Stored apartHalal beef is stored apart from other ranges and listed as separate lines on the delivery note.
- Your standardTell us if your company requires a specific certifying body or hand slaughter (zabiha), and we'll quote only product that meets it.

Can the whole beef order be halal?
Yes. Some owners require all meat on board to be halal. Tell us when you send the requisition, and every beef line will be quoted from certified halal stock.
Can I get a copy of the halal certificate?
Yes. We keep the certificate for every lot on file and can send a copy with your order.
Do you supply hand-slaughtered (zabiha) halal beef?
Tell us your requirement with the quote request. We quote only product certified to the standard you name.
