How delivery works
- Ocean-going ships enter the Great Lakes through the St. Lawrence Seaway, which is usually open from late March to late December. We plan stock around that season.
- We supply Great Lakes ports through partner chandlers and refrigerated freight, delivered to the berth or the chandler's warehouse.
- Saltwater ships often take on a full frozen provision before heading back out through the Seaway. Send us the departure date and we'll work back from it.
